The most effective way to meet a large number of suppliers in a very short time is to attend specific trade fairs. In autumn and spring, the huge Guangzhou Import-Export Fair in China, also known as the &Fair, takes place. 

 

Sourcing companies speak your language and know your market. They are best suited to quickly guide you to the best suppliers and support you in China. The Cantonal Exhibition takes place both online and offline. In both situations, Asiaction is available to support you during your visit to the Canton Fair. We can go to the show for you or help you with your order. 

 

It is the largest trade fair with a complete diversity of exhibition, a wide distribution of foreign buyers and the highest turnover in Guangzhou. The Fair will exhibit 16 product categories in 51 sections and is held in 2 sessions twice a year.

Canton Fair

This Autumn 2021 will be the 132th edition of the Canton Fair, the largest international trade fair in China. It is held twice a year in spring and autumn with three phases per session and brings together thousands of exhibitors. It is the most important, experienced, diversified and attended fair since 1957. Each session consists of 3 phases that last 4 days from 9:30am to 6:00pm.

We deliver the test reports your market requires (fire, safety, materials) with the order, checked with our partner labs.

Fee paid by you

Never by the factory. Deposit 30-50% at order, balance released after the final inspection. We defend your interests, not the factory’s.

Shipped to your port

We fill, consolidate and ship the containers to any port and prepare the documents for your customs broker.
